1. Follow “The Law of Attraction”
The law of attraction says like attracts like, and so as you think a thought, you are also attracting like thoughts to you.
The law of attraction simply gives you whatever it is you are thinking about.
2. Your thoughts determine how you feel
The way you think will become your reality.
Lean into positive thinking and expel negative thoughts.

3. Most people think about things they don’t desire and wonder why it keeps happening
An epidemic worse than any other is the “don’t want” epidemic.
People keep this epidemic alive when they think, speak, act, and focus on what they “don’t want.”
Avoid negative thinking at all costs.
4. The way you’re thinking is always happening
Every time an individual has a thought or a prolonged way of thinking, they’re in the creation process.
Something is going to manifest out of those thoughts.
5. Emotions are an incredible gift
The most important thing for you to know is that it is impossible to feel bad when you are having good thoughts.
Your thoughts become your feelings.
If you are feeling bad, it is because you are thinking thoughts that are making you feel bad — which you have control over.
6. Sit down and write out what you really want
Write it in the present tense.
Begin by writing, “I am so grateful now that…” and explain how you want your life to be and be as specific as possible.
You get to choose what you want, but you must get clear about what you want, which writing helps with.
7. Unless you take care of yourself first, you will have nothing to give anybody else
It is impossible to feel good if you don’t love yourself
Start by taking care of yourself and the rest will follow
