NFTs, Crypto, Metaverse, EVs, and web3 may all be the buzz today. But, these three slept-on technologies have the potential to create a 10x impact in 10 years. They’re going to change the way we work and live forever.

2. Ethical deep-fake content
3. Transportation tech

Less than 1% of people know how to code. The innovations by Bubble & Webflow (for web), Adalo (for apps), Zapier, make.com & UiPath (for automation), and Preql & Alteryx (for data) in the last 5 years are mind-boggling ๐คฏ. The possibilities aren’t limited to creating a blog or landing page anymore. You can now create a fully functional *live* customer-facing app in hours just like you create slides.
Imagine a world where billions of people are enabled to test their ideas fast & cheap … and turn those ideas into side-hustles and real businesses.
2) Ethical deep-fake content

Yes, deep-fakes are dangerous, and we must build a future responsibly & cautiously. But, such is the case with any new technology in the hands of bad actors.
On the bright side, imagine a marketplace where your favorite celebrities & influencers would license & “lend” their voice/facial expressions for creating artificially impersonated content such as movies, music, and voiceovers… with consent! What if you could buy Morgan Freeman voice for $30 to make your short film?
Production will become faster & cheaper and creativity will flourish. ๐ฟ
3) Transportation tech

In the last two decades, the digital infrastructure went from 0-to-1 and 1-to-N. Sadly, the same isn’t true in the physical world. Our trains, flights, and cars haven’t gotten any faster. Getting from point A to point B might have gotten worse. Next-generation transportation will be disrupted in all modes — Intra-city with The Boring Company, Inter-city with Virgin Hyperloop, Inter-country with Boom Supersonic’s flights, and SpaceX’s international rocket that promises to get you “Anywhere on Earth in under an hour”. ๐
Imagine the world population being more dispersed across tier-2 and tier-3 cities, international travel becoming the new domestic travel, and public transportation turning delightful!
