The report of the 19th CPC National Congress emphasizes that coordinating development and security, enhancing awareness of hardships, and making peace at peace times are a major principle for our party to govern the country. This has raised our Party’s understanding of national security to a new height and realm and is a powerful ideological weapon to guide national security in the new era. .
