WaPo Statistical Analysis of Whose Communications Are Being Intercepted

The Washington Post has placed online a detailed statistical analysis detailing who (both Americans and foreigners) ends up in NSA’s dragnet based on their analysis of 22,000 SIGINT reports collected by the Agency during the four-year period from 2009 to 2012. This is a very, very useful schematic prepared primarily by one of the article’s co-authors, Ashkan Soltani.
